As you know, we go to a lot of healthcare IT conferences so we can cover the latest happenings for the community. One of the conferences I like to attend is the AHIP conference that brings together one of the largest gathering of payer professionals. While there a few topics at the conference that don’t apply to me, a large portion of the discussions are around how payers should be leveraging technology. In fact, as I think through the exhibit hall, the majority (maybe all?) of the exhibitors were IT companies that support payers. Can you build a company that doesn’t leverage IT in some way?
As we usually do at conferences, we had a chance to sit down with a wide variety of experts at the conferences to get their insights and perspectives. Check out the short video interviews we did at the conference to learn about important topics like AI, prior auth, chatbots, automation, and much more.
