This strategic acquisition includes VeeOne Health’s Tele-Psychiatry, Tele-Neurology, Tele-Infectious Disease (Tele-ID), Tele-Pulmonary, and Tele-ICU service lines.
– The move significantly expands Equum Medical’s comprehensive telehealth offerings across the care continuum and reinforces its recognized market leadership in acute care telehealth. Following this acquisition, the combined entity will support physician service coverage in over 200 hospitals and post-acute facilities nationwide.
Bolstering Acute Telehealth Capabilities to Meet Critical Needs
