His previous experience includes various CMO leadership roles at Humana, where he led regional MA plans and the launch of the Humana Healthy Horizons Medicaid plan.
During his time at Humana, Dr. Gupta achieved measurable reductions in hospitalizations and emergency visits, enhanced care coordination across healthcare settings, and played a key role in improving health outcomes for members with chronic disease complications.
