United Airlines and OTG call for retail and F&B partners at Houston Intercontinental Airport

USA. United Airlines and OTG have issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) that blends retail and dining concessions opportunities at the new Houston George Bush Intercontinental Airport Terminal B North.

A concessions outreach event will take place at the airport’s Marriott Hotel on 18 February at 10am local time.

Travel food specialist OTG has recently been working closely with United to transform the dining and retail experience across United terminals B, C North, C South & E at George Bush Intercontinental.

United’s Terminal B Transformation Program will boost airport capacity and cater for an estimated 36 million passengers a year

The RFP covers 24 spaces across food & beverage, speciality retail and duty free in the new B North building. It also includes additional retail and duty-free opportunities in the C North and E terminals.

The US$1.9 billion United Transformation Program at Terminal B will serve an estimated 36 million passengers a year. Within this, the North Concourse will span around 765,000 sq ft over three levels.
