The Virtual Care Assistant appears to patients as a friendly avatar named “Vicky.” This AI-powered assistant efficiently triages patient requests, categorizing them into clinical and operational groups to ensure they are directed to the appropriate personnel or team.

For example, a patient reporting chest pain would be flagged as urgent and immediately routed to the on-floor clinical team, while a request to adjust the room temperature would be categorized as operational and directed to the maintenance team.

Streamlined Workflows and Enhanced Efficiency

All patient requests are centralized into a dashboard, providing healthcare teams with a comprehensive view of patient needs and enabling efficient resource allocation. This streamlined approach improves response times, optimizes workflows, and enhances overall operational efficiency.

Availability
