• Routine administrative tasks cost the healthcare industry $90 billion annually, according to the 2024 CAQH Index. Automating tasks such as insurance validation is poised to save $20 billion.

Partnerships

• Risk management vendor Censinet is collaborating with AWS to develop AI tools for governance, risk, and compliance (GRC). These include Censinet TPRM AITM and Censinet ERM AITM, which respectively cover third-party risk management and AI threat management.
• Steel Patriot Partners in partnership with ZenGRC launched Federal ZenGRC, a GCR management tool for U.S. government agencies and contractors.

• Innovaccer launched Agents of Care, a set of AI agents that automate tasks such as scheduling, referrals, HCC coding, and prior authorizations.
• Vitalacy launched Virtual Care, a platform that continuously monitors patients in hospital beds.
• ePrescribing vendor DoseSpot launched DoseSpot Connect, which helps providers select the right pharmacy and find affordable prescriptions.
• symplr launched symplr Operations Platform to help hospitals manage disparate operations applications.
• RCM optimization vendor Iodine Software launched Appeals Management Workspace to support denials management.
• UPMC Enterprises launched Ahavi, a platform for evaluating and refining AI models.
• Document exchange and interoperability vendor Concord Technologies launched Concord Connect, which routes patient records to the appropriate system.
• Aidoc received FDA clearance for computer-aided triage for rib fractures.

• Highmark tapped Sword Health to provide Virtual Pelvic Health as a free benefit for eligible members.
• MultiCare Health System ACO MultiCare Connected Care chose Tuva Health to build, operate, and manage its enterprise health data platform.
