- The latest survey from HealthEdge found 78% of health plan members have used or plan to use their health plan’s mobile app. That figure is up from 64% a year ago.
- While 69% of Americans are comfortable sharing health data to improve their own care, only 40% are comfortable sharing health data with tech companies for AI-driven products, a Qlik survey found.
- Growth in spending on diabetes care from 2021 to 2024 was less than all other types of medical expenses, according to data from Nomi Health. GLP-1s, insulin price caps, and management programs all seem to help.

- RTLS vendor Kontakt.io launched continuous temperature and humidity monitoring for refrigerators, warmers, and regulated rooms.
- Capacity management and patient flow vendor LeanTaaS launched iQueue for Surgical Clinics.
- Digital health agency Momentum launched an AI Implementation in Healthcare Masterclass; the waitlist is open.
- Oracle Health Community Care is now available throughout the U.S. The application is a cloud-based mobile extension of the Oracle Health Foundation EHR, which is designed for rural and home care settings.
- SAS unveiled SAS Health Cost of Care Analytics, to help providers and payers consider costs when making care decisions, as well as three AI models.
- Connected health vendor Withings released Withings Intelligence in beta. The feature, which detect trends and provides guidance from device data, is integrated with the Withings+ subscription service.

- VA San Antonio expanded its implementation of CliniComp to include post anesthesia care.
- Connecticut’s Bradley International Airport implemented OnMed’s CareStation, a walk-in virtual care clinic, with sponsorship from Hartford HealthCare.
- Medical equipment provider Quest Health Solutions chose Rimidi to support remote monitoring of patients with diabetes and saw an 11% drop in average glucose levels in two months.
- Nonprofit insurer MVP Health Care selected ZeOmega‘s care management platform.

- Research from the Dell Medical School and Beheld found phone calls paired with standard interventions can improve outcomes for diabetes treatment.
- EHR and RCM vendor CharmHealth announced Charmalot 2025, its annual conference. Registration is open for this year’s event, which is September 19 to 21 in Berkeley, California.
- RockHealth is accepting applications for its annual Innovation Fellowship until July 10.
