Blauer Taps Pirelli for a Responsible Outerwear Capsule
Italian fashion label Blauer and leading tire company Pirelli have joined forces for a compact, genderless outerwear line, just as the action heats up at Milan Fashion Week Men's.The functional, eco-conscious lineup includes four silhouettes: a performance-oriented puffer jacket, a sleeveless puffer, a two-in-one parka and a dust coat. Notably, the performance puffer, which is both waterproof and windproof, is made from recycled polyester with Taslan fabric inserts, while the sleeveless puffer, which employs the same build, features Repreve padding and a seamless tubular structure. Down the line, the two-in-one parka melds a three-layer laminated windbreaker with an inner padding system to guarantee waterproofness, and the dust coat enlists a three-layer recycled polyester fabric with double lamination."Blauer and Pirelli are united by a common denominator: the pursuit of perfection,’ said FGF Industry CEO Enzo Fusco.
