'One Piece' x LEGO Is Coming
At last, LEGO is stepping into the world of manga and anime. The beloved brick-building brand has continued to expand its world with countless new collaborations each year but has yet to release any projects based on magna or anime. However, this is finally set to change as it has announced a new partnership with the One Piece franchise. 2025 marks the 28th year of the world-renowned manga, which has over the years been adapted as not only an anime, but came to live-action thanks to Netflix in 2023.While the second season of the live-action series remains in production, the show is said to be the subject of this collaboration with LEGO. While all that was revealed is Monkey D. Luffy's iconic straw hat in LEGO form, several important notes were included in the brand's official announcement of the project. The main crew of the show -- Nami, Roronoa Zoro, Usopp, Sanji and, of course, Monkey D. Luffy -- is confirmed to be appearing in LEGO minifigure form for the first time.
