Interview process complicated process or just me
So far in under 3 weeks I interviewed with a consultant, three days later interviewed with 2 VPs, three days later completed an online assessment and a scenario assignment write up. Two days after submitting those today I received an email from one of the VPs saying that based on the results thus far they would like to invite me to complete a second online assessment. I was further told that based on that results candidates will be identified to move to final interview they hope to have next week. Is it me or is that a lot of assessments and assignments? Anyone have any insight into this process? I am assuming it is good news, but just how many more candidates can they be asking to do these for a final interview?
