i haven't got appraisal for three yeras
Hi i have been working in MNC company which i started as fresher and now after three years of experience they havent gave any appraisal due to failure of internal project on first year and no budjet on second year and third year coming in 5 months now im trying to switch to another company will they ask me regarding that or they consider me as a mediocre person........if so they ask what should i tell??
