Best way to negotiate salary when you are immediate joiner and don't have offer in hand or stall for sometime until expected offer is received

Scenario : I am an Indian and have 6.5 years experience in data science domain and currently I have been looking for a job change within India. I am an immediate joiner and my notice period in previous company got over in last week. So whichever company I am getting selected to I'll be asked to get onboarded within a day or two as I am an immediate joiner and I don't have offer in hand. Problem : There’s one company where I’m quite confident I’ll soon receive an offer. However, I need to negotiate to match my salary expectations. During my initial conversations with HR (before the interview rounds), I shared my desired salary range, but their budget was well below the minimum I requested. Since I didn’t have an offer letter at the time, I told HR we could discuss salary after I cleared all the interviews. Now that I’ve completed all interview rounds and will soon have the HR round to discuss the offer: Do you have any advice on how I can negotiate in this situation without any offer in hand and as immediate joiner ? I’m currently in the process of interviewing with two more companies. I’ve completed Round 1 with both and am confident about the positive results. During my initial conversations with these companies, I shared my desired salary, and they seemed neutral about it, so I assume they’re okay with my expectations. To ensure I complete the further rounds with these companies and secure their offers if everything goes well, how can I stall the first company (the one with the lower salary offer) until I receive an offer or results from these other companies? Can I put any company's offer letter on hold for sometime? to wait until I get desired offer. Just like how sometimes a candidate is put on hold to see if they can get more good or qualified candidate

Since I didn’t have an offer letter at the time, I told HR we could discuss salary after I cleared all the interviews.

Now that I’ve completed all interview rounds and will soon have the HR round to discuss the offer:

  1. Do you have any advice on how I can negotiate in this situation without any offer in hand and as immediate joiner ?
  2. I’m currently in the process of interviewing with two more companies. I’ve completed Round 1 with both and am confident about the positive results.
