–  The company was co-founded by Aegis Ventures along with Founder and CEO Ryan Tarzy.

Strategic Investments and Leadership

·       Avandra’s latest financing round is co-led by Aegis, a venture studio specializing in HealthTech innovation, and SpringRock Ventures.

·       Additional investors include Memorial Hermann Health System, Northwell Health—founding members of the Aegis Digital Consortium—Kompass Ventures, Greater Ventures, Scott Gaines, and Dr. Mark Montoney.

·       Funding will support the development of Avandra’s platform, expansion of its data network through partnerships with leading health systems and providers, and scaling of its commercial initiatives with biopharma and medical researchers.

·       Murray Brozinsky, Aegis Partner and former CEO of Conversa Health, will serve as Executive Chair of the Board.

·       The partnership enhances Avandra’s data exchange framework by incorporating multimodal last-mile data, including imaging and clinical data, further strengthening its role as a premier resource for medical research and innovation.
