The renowned Unique Venues of London (UVL) collective will unveil its exciting new visual identity and website next week at the London Summer Event Show. Reflecting the prestige, diversity and inherently individual nature of its member venues, the brand’s progression also aligns with planners’ changing needs as the events industry continues to evolve.

Founded in 1993, as the ‘Independent Association of Functions Venues’ with 18 members, the consortium was renamed to become Unique Venues of London five years later. Today, it comprises over 80 internationally sought-after locations for corporate and private events, offering an unrivalled selection of the capital’s most significant historical, contemporary, academic and cultural venues.

For over 30 years, UVL has provided a leadership platform for its members, creating opportunities for collaboration, education, innovation and community development. For event planners, it offers an invaluable, bespoke venue finding service, which is free to use.

Adapting to the latest industry trends, as well as changing audience requirements and expectations, the brand-new website has been designed by Moore-Wilson to enhance user experience. With improved search functions and access to the most relevant information, the new site is a vital resource for exploring the extensive choice within London’s best curated unique venue collection.

Lisa Hatswell, UVL’s Managing Director, comments: “We’re delighted with what we’ve achieved for the UVL re-brand as the journey continues in our fourth decade since formation. Working with Reggie London, we’ve created a fresh and contemporary departure from our previous visual identity, which is reflective of our growth, diversity and stature as an industry-leading collective. As planners are increasingly expected to produce one-of-a-kind events, our new strapline ‘Discover extraordinary’ perfectly conveys the essence and value of our venues for bringing these unforgettable experiences to life. We’d like to thank Reggie London and Moore-Wilson for executing our vision and Patch Marketing for their support with the launch. We’re excited to officially reveal the new logo and website on stand B03 at the London Summer Event Show on 4th February.”

The new brand and website launch follows the addition of six new UVL members in 2024: Chelsea Physic Garden, Pitzhanger Manor & Gallery, Young V&A, The London Library, Shaftesbury Theatre and The HAC. The National Army Museum is the latest member to join, in January 2025.
