It’s unclear when Norris sustained the injury that forced him to leave.
The 25-year-old had scored a shorthanded goal in his second straight game and logged 16:34 of ice time before exiting.

Norris now has 19 goals and 12 assists in 50 games this season.
Meanwhile, Green said that Nick Cousins will be out for “months” after undergoing knee surgery.
The 31-year-old revealed that he underwent the surgery through a post on his personal Instagram story on Friday.
Cousins left last Saturday’s game against the Toronto Maple Leafs after he was involved in a knee-on-knee collision near centre ice with forward Jacob Quillan, who was making his NHL debut.
Both players went sprawling across the ice and eventually needed help off, but it appeared Cousins bore the brunt of the crash as he left without putting any weight on his left leg and was ruled out shortly after.
