TNT Sports has announced that “NASCAR Driver Cam” will debut exclusively on Max during Sunday night’s Cook Out Clash at Bowman Gray Stadium.
The feature will be available all season long (all 38 races) and for every driver in the Cup Series field. It will give fans access to inside the race car with scanner audio and ambient car noise through a 1080p Driver Cam feed. TNT Sports says it is the highest fidelity video ever made available in each car.
Other features will include being able to choose between individual driver cameras or two pre-set multiview stream options that feature four drivers each. Those drivers will be chosen based on compelling storylines each weekend, and voted on by fans through a poll on B/R Racing’s X and Instagram pages.
There will also be stats available with driver streams: stage, lap number, position, and race status. Additionally, there will be telemetry for the driver that includes speed, RPM, gear, and more.
At the conclusion of each race, a replay of each driver’s individual stream will be available. During the race, users will be able to pause, rewind, and fast forward the live video.

TNT Sports signed a seven-year media rights agreement with NASCAR that begins this season. TNT Sports will broadcast five Cup Series races in the summer beginning at Atlanta Motor Speedway (June 28). The four additional races are Chicago (July 6), Sonoma Raceway (July 13), Dover Motor Speedway (July 20), and Indianapolis Motor Speedway (July 27).
The five races on TNT Sports will also be the inaugural in-season, bracket-style tournament. The top 32 drivers will be eligible for the $1 million.
But in addition to TNT Sports broadcasting five Cup Series races, truTV and Max will exclusively broadcast practice and qualifying for the second half of the season. Other information about NACAR production and program will be announced at a future date.
