Amazon Prime Video has released a new batch of photos from the third season of Robert Kirkman’s acclaimed superhero series “Invincible”.
The new shots showcase good looks at Mark Grayson’s new black and blue costume from the comics, the new villain Powerplex, and characters like Debbie, Cecil, Eve, and Mark’s purple half-brother Oliver who becomes a hero named Kid-Omni-Man this season.
In the new season, Mark (Steven Yeun) is still recovering from his fight with Angstrom and faces the impending threat of the Viltrumites.
He tests the limits of his growing strength under the supervision of the Global Defense Agency’s Cecil Stedman (Walton Goggins). Tension between the pair grows, leading to a betrayal.
Battle Beast and the Mauler Twins return, while Omni-Man (J.K. Simmons) meets Allen the Alien (Seth Rogen) in captivity.
Sandra Oh, Gillian Jacobs, Andrew Rannells, Zazie Beetz, Mark Hamill, Chris Diamantopoulos, Sterling K. Brown, Rob Delaney, Calista Flockhart, Phil LaMarr, Luke MacFarlane, Tatiana Maslany, Scott McNairy, Jay Pharoah, Ella Purnell, Tim Robinson, Ben Schwartz, Rhea Seehorn, Lea Thompson, Paul F. Tompkins, Shantel VanSanten, and Peter Cullen all lend their voices to the series.
“Invincible” returns February 6th with a three-episode premiere. It will then air the remaining five episodes weekly, without interruption, until March 13th.
