Intersource launches first full-experience Build-A-Bear store at Copenhagen Airport

Danish company Intersource has opened a full-experience Build-A-Bear store in Copenhagen Airport Terminal 2, marking a milestone in the toy brand’s international expansion.

The boutique offers the complete Build-A-Bear experience, inviting travellers to create and personalise their own plush companions. Shoppers can select from a variety of styles, accessories and outfits, ensuring they take home a bespoke teddy bear.

The store aligns with Build-A-Bear’s mission to ‘Add a little more heart to life’ and brings an innovative, family-friendly retail concept to the Danish gateway.

Danish company Intersource has the franchise rights for Build-A-Bear in Denmark, Norway and Iceland, and is expanding the brand in Scandinavia. The Copenhagen Airport opening follows the brand’s recent introduction to the domestic market in Iceland.
