The scrambled eggs are all over the floor it seems for Frasier Crane.
Paramount+ has announced that it won’t go forward with a third season of its Kelsey Grammer-led “Frasier” revival.
The cancellation comes two months after the show’s second season concluded. CBS Studios, which produces the show, is reportedly looking to find a new home for the show.
The comedy premiered in October 2023 and also stars Jack Cutmore-Scott, Nicholas Lyndhurst, Toks Olagundoye, Jess Salgueiro and Anders Keith.
Grammer has indicated he’d be happy to continue in the role for years to come, but where the sitcom might get picked up isn’t clear.
CBS already has multiple comedies on the air which makes it unlikely but the show’s original home of NBC is one obvious possibility.
While the original series was highly praised in its time, the revival has had more of a mixed response. It still managed three Emmy nominations for its first season though.
