Still, I think the Bills get the upset and come away with a win outright.  Through the playoffs and regular season, the Bills are plus-27 in turnover differential, leading the NFL by far.  In their last matchup, Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes had two interceptions.  Though he hasn’t thrown an interception since that game, he has nine turnover-worthy plays from then to now.  The Bills are ninth in passing yards and rushing yards per game, but this is certainly a team that wants to create turnovers and run the ball well.  The Bills are second in red zone touchdown percentage at 68.42%, and it’s even better on the road at 69.7%.  This wasn’t the case a few seasons ago, but now, I expect the Chiefs to have a turnover while the Bills will capitalize on it.  Something else to watch for: Chiefs right tackle Jawaan Taylor against Bills pass rusher Greg Rousseau.  Taylor not only commits numerous penalties but he’s allowed seven sacks and 38 pressures this season.  In Week 11, he gave up four pressures and a sack. Rousseau had six pressures.  The Chiefs three-peat possibility comes to an end as the Bills post a minor upset. Buffalo Bills vs. Kansas City Chiefs pick My bet for this game is the Bills +1.5, but I’d also be OK with the moneyline.   Bills quarterback Josh Allen and running back James Cook combined for nearly 30 touchdowns during the regular season, and in the divisional round, Allen added two more touchdowns.  Look for the Bills to run the ball effectively and control the clock enough to gut out a 27-24 win.
