Samsung’s first Unpacked event of the year is taking place today, January 22. During it, the company’s Galaxy S25 series will launch. While we’re waiting for that to happen, all three Galaxy S25 models have surfaced in live images.

The entire Galaxy S25 series has surfaced in live images ahead of launch

If you check out the gallery below, you’ll get to see two images. The first one shows you all three devices inside their retail boxes. The second image gets you a closer, in-hand look at the blue Galaxy S25.

This leak confirms all the design leaks that we’ve seen thus far, many of which we’ve exclusively shared. It’s easy to spot the Galaxy S25 Ultra here, as it’s the only one that has five bumps on the back.

That model will also have an extra camera on the back, making that four in total. The other two phones look exactly the same but are different in terms of size.

All three phones will have a flat front and back, while each of their cameras on the back is its own tiny island, basically. The frame around each device will be flat as well. The Galaxy S25 Ultra is the only model that is coming with an S Pen stylus.

The Galaxy S25 Slim will launch separately from its siblings

You’ll notice that the Galaxy S25 Slim is not included here. That phone is only rumored at this point, and it almost certainly will not launch alongside the other three models. Samsung could tease its arrival, though. It’s expected to get a full launch later on, possibly in May.

All three Galaxy S25 series smartphones will be fueled by the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy processor. That is likely a slightly overclocked variant of the Snapdragon 8 Elite, Qualcomm’s most powerful chip.

The ‘Ultra’ model will have the best camera setup and some other advantages. The vanilla and ‘Plus’ models will be very similar, with differences in size, battery capacity, and display size and resolution.
