Some Marvel Barside Buzz says the Russos will stay on to oversee the X-Men Reboot And Daredevil: Born Again Season 3 is not yet greenlit. The Information comes from Daniel RPK on Patreon. First off the Russos. We know the director siblings are back to direct both Doomsday and Secret Wars. However, Daniel says he’s heard the current plan is for the Russos to stick around. Specifically to usher in the X-Men Reboot which we know is coming post-Secret Wars and perhaps more besides.

Now, Daniel did not claim the Russos were directing the X-Men Reboot. Only that they’d be involved in the process. It remains to be seen exactly what that means? However, I know the Russos always spoke about two movies they’d love to make for Marvel, Secret Wars and X-Men. Well, they have one to make right now, so let’s not get too ahead of ourselves.

Secondly, Daniel claims he’s heard that Daredevil: Born Again Season 3 has not yet been greenlit. He says the success of Born Again Season 1 may determine whether that happens or not. Makes sense to be fair that Marvel would take stock before locking in a third Season. Daniel also claims he’s heard Season 2 of Born Again is going to be chock full off cameos in a way that Season 1 was not. Whilst not specifically stated, I get the feeling we could be looking at some of the other Defenders from the Netflix shows. Though, I could be wrong on that.
