Maui Jim and Oracle Red Bull Racing unveil multi-year partnership
The partnership will bring both style and performance to the Formula 1 circuit, further cementing both brands as leaders in their respective fields.
Kering-owned polarised eyewear brand Maui Jim has signed a multi-year partnership with Oracle Red Bull Racing.
This collaboration builds on the strong foundation of Maui Jim’s earlier partnership with Red Bull Global Sports, which began in 2024.
Maui Jim will serve as the official eyewear partner for the eight-time world champion racing team from the start of the upcoming Formula 1 season.
The entire Oracle Red Bull Racing team, including drivers, pit crew and support staff, will wear Maui Jim sunglasses throughout the 2025 race calendar.
Maui Jim has created distinctive styles for the F1 team’s 21st season, featuring its PolarizedPlus2 lenses, that resonate with Oracle Red Bull Racing’s ‘spirit of innovation and ambition’.
Founded in Hawaii in 1987 and acquired by Kering Eyewear in 2022, Maui Jim offers sunglasses with advanced PolarizedPlus2 lenses technology. The lenses offer glare reduction, complete UV protection and enhanced colour vibrancy and clarity.
“Partnering with Oracle Red Bull Racing is an exciting milestone for Maui Jim,” commented Kering Eyewear Founder, President and CEO Roberto Vedovotto. “Both brands share an uncompromising dedication to precision and redefining standards – whether it’s on the Formula 1 track or in the design and technology behind our eyewear.
“We look forward to bringing our signature to the F1 paddock, helping the team see the world with unmatched clarity and style as they chase success in 2025 and beyond.”
Oracle Red Bull Racing Team Principal and CEO Christian Horner added: “We are very excited to announce our partnership with Maui Jim, a brand that shares our commitment to developing cutting-edge technology and delivering outstanding performance. We look forward to working with a like-minded partner that isn’t afraid to defy the status quo.”
