“Lincoln Lawyer” Renewed For Fourth Season

Netflix has renewed its David E. Kelley-produced legal drama “The Lincoln Lawyer” for a fourth season. The new run will begin production next month in Los Angeles and will consist of ten episodes.

The new season will be based on the sixth book in Michael Connelly’s Lincoln Lawyer novel series “The Law of Innocence”. That book sees Mickey pulled over by police and the body of a client is discovered in the trunk of his car.

Haller is charged with murder. Knowing he’s been framed he elects to defend himself, but it isn’t easy to build a defence from a cell and to figure out who has plotted to destroy his life and why.

Manuel Garcia-Rulfo stars in the series as Mickey Haller, an idealist running his law practice out of the back seat of his Lincoln, taking on cases across the expansive city of Los Angeles.

Garcia-Rulfo will return as Mickey along with Becki Newton as Lorna, Jazz Raycole to play Izzy and Angus Sampson as Cisco.

Neve Campbell is also returning as Maggie McPherson for the entire new season after her character was diminished or sidelined for the second and third seasons.

Ted Humphrey and Dailyn Rodriguez will showrun the fourth season with Kelley, Ted Humphrey, Connelly, Dailyn Rodriguez, Ross Fineman, Barry Jossen, Tana Jamieson, Matthew J. Lieberman and Gladys Rodriguez executive producing.
