The online selection will run from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and anyone can try for the positions so long as they meet the basic requirements. While the site does not mention Japanese as an essential skill, you will likely need to know how to communicate with the language to work there. As well, it did not mention that overseas applicants can’t apply. However, the actual application form is understandably tailored for a Japanese resident. So those in countries outside of it may have trouble getting it to accept some discrepancies in how phone numbers and such work.
