I have not gotten an appraisal for three years
I have been working in an MNC company where I started as a fresher. Now, after three years of experience, they haven't given me an appraisal. They said it's due to the failure of an internal project in the first year, no budget in the second year, and the third year is coming up to 5 months now. I am trying to switch to another company. Will they ask me regarding that? Will they consider me as a mediocre person? If they ask what should I tell them?
