How to deal with supervisor accusing me of not completing work?

I work as a secondary teacher. We have quite a lot of paperwork do to this year. Though its been more heavy than past years, I've worked hard to get everything done, and on-time. Despite keeping up with the paperwork, my principal and vice principal keep accusing me of not getting the work turned in, or of missing information. Each time they accused me, I’ve been able to quickly prove otherwise and they just say “Oh” “That’s what I needed” and leave it at that. It keeps happening, again and again, and even in formal evaluations that I think are sent to State officials. Many times they haven't given me any opportunity to respond, they just sent the paperwork out. In the most recent situation, I was supposed to make some information match up with details in a district calendar. Its complex work, but I did so quite carefully and checked and re-checked everything multiple times before submitting it. First the principal vaguely accused me of not submitting the work. I say vaguely, because she also made accusations about the contents being incomplete, though if she can't find the file, how can information in it be incomplete? After showing her the file, and the information she needed inside, exactly in the cloud folder where it was supposed to be, with time stamps proving when I upload it it, she then accused me of possibly fudging the information inside, but that she wasn't sure of. I’m not sure how to respond to this. Each time I prove that I’ve done the work and what they want is there, they just shrug it off and don’t seem to think its a big deal that they ever accused me in the first place. They don't resubmit their evaluations to show a correction. But then it happens again and again its becoming quite infuriating and don't know what steps to take on a matter that they think doesn't matter.
