SOUTH KOREA. GlenAllachie has teamed up with Shinsegae Duty Free to unveil the exclusive limited-edition PX Sherry Cask Finish at Incheon International Airport.
Crafted by world-renowned Master Blender Billy Walker, the single malt whisky showcases his craftsmanship, deep expertise in oak casks and blending techniques.
The whisky, part of the Wood Cask Finish range, is aged for 12 years and finished in Pedro Ximénez (PX) sherry butts, imparting a rich, distinct character.
Infused with the essence of PX sherry from sun-dried white grapes, this whisky offers notes of caramelised sugar, mocha and citrus peel, combined with a rich, fruity sweetness. Bottled at 48% ABV, it is non-chill filtered without artificial colouring to preserve the authentic flavour of the Wood Cask Finish collection.
